Description
The machine is used to produce skeins of raw silk by unwinding the thread collected on the reels during reeling and reeling it onto a larger reel with a standard diameter of 150 cm.
Equipped with a low-voltage operating system (24 V=), it can also be powered by solar energy.
An adjustable mechanical system facilitates the extraction of the skeins of silk thread produced, as it allows the circumference of the reel to be expanded and reduced.
Assisted operation prevents the machine from starting with the side door and front door fully or partially open.

MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
to manage production and verify data from the display:
- the rotation speed of the reel;
- the amount (in metres) of rewound wire;
- the weight (in grams) of the skein produced.
SECURITY SYSTEMS
for sustainable work:
- mechanical lock with closed-loop control system;
- side door and front door closing sensors;
- CE mark.
The re-reeling machine is equipped with certification and the CE MARK,
as per European legislation on health and safety at work:
EN 61000-6-2 (2019); EN 61000-6-4 (2019); EN 60204-1 (2018).
